Membership on this website is restricted to residents of Halcyon Meadows.

Residents are semi registered and have been assigned a Username from contact info in the “Resident Directory” pdf file e-mailed to residents June 30, 2024 by the HMHC.

If you moved into Halcyon after this date and want to be a registered member of the Social Club’s website please fill out the “New Resident Membership Request” form.

The “Home” & “How to Register” pages are viewable to the public but a resident MUST be a registered member to view all other pages, comment on Posts, use the “Write a Blog / Post” feature, upload photos, participate in discussions or polls, use Buy & Sell, and receive Social Club e-mail notifications.

The following are instructions to become a registered member and gain full access to the website. 

Pick a password

• look for the website’s Have an Account area  (on a computer it’s on the right sidebar, on a tablet or phone it’s towards the bottom of page)
• click on the “Forgot?” link
• enter your email address on the Lose something? page and click Reset my password.
• another page will popup with a request to enter e-mail again.  (as confirmation)
• a message will popup saying an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address
• check your e-mail and use the “Click here” link to be directed to the My Account page to change password.

Username:

• The Username has been automatically set and can not be changed. Your Username is the portion of your e-mail address before the “@”.(eg. without the @shaw.com, @telus.net, @gmail.com etc.)

Note: By submitting the registration process the resident(s) agree to receiving emails from the Social Club.
